Tebex handles payments and refunds for purchases made through our storefront. Updated 26 October 2026.
Our storefront uses Tebex’s default No Refunds Policy. Sales are final subject to that policy and mandatory consumer law. Tebex’s documented default exceptions cover undelivered products and technical problems that prevent access. Refund eligibility and processing follow the terms shown by Tebex for your purchase. The digital nature of a product does not remove mandatory consumer remedies.

Contact Tebex checkout supportEU consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for a distance purchase. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right can end early when supply begins after your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose it, with the required contract confirmation on a durable medium such as email. Any valid withdrawal right remains available when the necessary conditions have not been met. Send a clear withdrawal request to Tebex before the applicable deadline and keep a copy.

For compatibility, installation, or a resource fault, open a private ticket in the 402 Studio Discord server. Your statutory rights remain available while the issue is assessed.
Open the support hubManage subscription cancellation through Tebex purchase history or the cancellation links in its emails. Future billing follows that cancellation and Tebex’s terms. Refund requests for earlier charges follow the default refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
