Using the 402 Studio storefront and purchasing through Tebex. Updated 26 October 2026.
402 Studio hosts and operates this website as a custom storefront for our Tebex store. We provide the site design, resource information, documentation, account features, and studio support. Our storefront connects to Tebex for the catalog, basket, and checkout. Tebex operates the checkout and acts as Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is with the Tebex entity identified at checkout, under the purchase terms displayed there.
Read Tebex’s purchase termsUse the Cfx.re account that should receive your resource. Signing in connects your storefront account with your basket, saved products, and available purchase history. Review the selected products and receiving account before continuing to Tebex. Keep your purchase email and transaction reference for order enquiries.
Read the product description and documentation for supported frameworks, dependencies, installation steps, editable files, and license terms. A paid resource provides the licensed use described for that product. Follow its license and the applicable Cfx.re and Rockstar rules, including any rules for monetized FiveM servers. Any stated server limits apply to that product. Redistribution, resale, sharing, and modification are governed by the supplied license. Open-source products use the license identified in their product page and repository.
Read the resource documentationProducts marked as escrow protected use Cfx.re’s entitlement system. Run them with a server license associated with an entitled Cfx.re account. The product description and file documentation explain which files can be configured or edited. Access to protected files follows Cfx.re’s controls.
Read Cfx.re’s Asset Escrow guidanceOpen a ticket in our Discord server to request an asset transfer. Every transfer requires our approval. We may refuse a request at our discretion, for any reason, subject to mandatory legal rights and applicable Tebex and Cfx.re requirements. Approved transfers must use a process supported by those platforms. Wait for confirmation before treating another account as the license holder.
Contact the studio on DiscordThe storefront shows product prices and display-currency estimates. Tebex confirms the amount payable, checkout currency, applicable tax, payment methods, and any recurring charge before payment. Review any discount and its eligibility conditions. For subscriptions, check the billing interval, renewal, and access terms shown for the offer. Manage cancellation through Tebex purchase history or the links in its emails.
Manage Tebex purchases and subscriptionsTebex handles the delivery configured for your purchase. For escrow resources, check your purchase email and Cfx.re Portal. Contact Tebex for payment, billing, delivery, or refund enquiries. Contact 402 Studio through Discord for compatibility, installation, resource faults, and transfer requests. Include the resource name, transaction reference, and relevant error details in a private ticket. Included updates and support follow the terms supplied with the product, together with any mandatory legal obligations.
Open the support hubRenewal, cancellation, suspension, and the end of licensed access follow the applicable purchase, product, and platform terms. When a Cfx.re escrow subscription expires, its entitlement is removed and the protected resource will no longer start on the server. Any statutory remedy remains available where applicable.
These terms cover our storefront and studio services. Tebex’s purchase terms cover the transaction, and product licenses and platform agreements cover resource use. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting terms. This includes remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content and any valid right of withdrawal. Changes to this page do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
